Tipo de participação (Type of participation)
Por favor, assinale corretamente o tipo de participação. Tome nota de que os participantes online receberão informação específica para se conectarem durante a conferência. (Please correctly indicate the type of participation. Please note that online participants will receive specific information for connecting during the conference.)
Escreva um nome em cada linha – tecle ENTER para mudar de linha. (Write a name on each line – press ENTER to change lines.)
Escola, Universidade, Centro de Investigação ou outro, que queira associar à inscrição. (School, University, Research Center or other, that you wish to associate with the registration.)
Indique o nome de quem deve ser contactado para assuntos relativos à inscrição múltipla. (Indicate the name of who should be contacted for matters relating to multiple registration.)
Email para contacto (contact email)
Email do contacto. (Contact email)
Indicar o nome que deve constar na fatura. (Indicate the name that must appear on the invoice.)
Morada completa para constar na fatura. Inclua o código postal (Full invoice address, including postal code.)
Número de Informação Fiscal, de Contribuinte, Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas ou equivalente. (Tax or VAT number)
Outra informação a constar na fatura. Por exemplo, número de autorização de despesa ou nome dos participantes. (Other information to be included on the invoice. For example, expense authorization number or name of participants.)
Antes de prosseguir com a inscrição deve fazer o pagamento respetivo e guardar o comprovativo. Digite o valor efetivamente pago e para o qual junta comprovativo. (Before proceeding with registration, you must make the respective payment and keep the receipt. Enter the amount actually paid and for which you provide proof.)

Adicione o comprovativo de pagamento (PDF, PNG ou JPG). Este pode ser o recibo do Multibanco ou prova de transferência bancária. Só será aceite depois de validado.
